Kentucky Department of Education

The Kentucky Department of Education awards competitive grants that focus on a particular initiative to improve student academic achievement through the use of technology. The awards are based on an initial first year award and a continuation of the second year, contingent upon funding from the U.S. Department of Education.  A minimum of 25% of the award must be spent on Professional Development.
