The Productivity Hub is a SharePoint site on the intranet that includes information and FAQs about software such as Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010 and SharePoint. The site also contains video tutorials on multiple subjects, including using smart art, how to set up themes, navigating the Windows 7 desktop and more.

To access the Productivity Hub, please click here.* When navigating inside the Productivity Hub, use the search bar at top right to locate information about specific software such as OneNote or Visio. The menus on the left allow you to access specific information, such as training videos, by product.

The Productivity Hub was installed in preparation for upgrading to Windows 7 and Office 2010. You’ll be hearing more about these products in the coming weeks.

*For readers who cannot access KDE's intranet, please click here to see a publicly available demo of Microsoft's Productivity Hub.
