Communications - Webcasts, News Bulletins & Other Resources
Throughout the year the Office of Education Technology (OET) staff offer training and informational sessions on technology trends, issues and best practices. Financial Management System
MUNIS is the financial software package used in all 174 Kentucky School Districts. Funding
Funding for education technology is made available to districts from state (KETS Offers of Assistance) and federal sources (E-Rate and No Child Left Behind). Schools can use the Implementation Plan as a tool to develop and maintain a district technology plan and budget, using state and federal technology funds.
KETS Engineer Program
The field technology leaders of the Office of Education Technology, KETS Engineers provide services that support the instructional, administrative, and planning efforts for school districts through the direct face to face work with District Technology Coordinators and district technical staff.
